AVCP Tribal Justice Department - tribal court development

AVCP's Tribal Justice Department helps member tribes build and run their own tribal courts: drafting codes, court forms and orders, circle-sentencing and virtual trainings, and liaison with BJA and BIA. It does NOT give legal advice to individuals or families - for personal legal help use Alaska Legal Services (907-543-2237). Tribal councils can call 907-543-7430 or email tribal-justice@avcp.org.
