City of Bethel – hauled water & sewer (start service, extra haul)
Most Bethel homes get water delivered and sewage pumped by City trucks on a rotating route (Mon/Thu, Tue/Fri, Wed/Sat by neighborhood); you are billed by the gallons delivered, in one of two zones. To start water/sewer/garbage service, submit the online Application for Service with a photo ID and a deposit (two months' service, minimum $200) — Utility Billing 907-543-1380, 300 State Highway, Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM; Friday closed to walk-ins (phone and email only). Hauled-service questions or a missed delivery: 907-543-2023 (Mon–Fri 8am–4pm); after-hours water/sewer emergency 907-545-4695. Keep the path to your tanks and cam-locks clear of snow so the truck can serve you. See the government category for other City services.
