ONC Child Care Services (Native Village of Bethel)
Orutsararmiut Native Council (ONC) helps Alaska Native/American Indian families in Bethel pay for child care while the parent works, is in school or training, looks for work, or does qualifying subsistence activities. Children must be AN/AI with documentation, immunizations current, and gross family income at or below 85% of state median income. ONC also approves and trains relative and non-relative child care providers (background check, health-and-safety inspection). Apply with the parent application at ONC, 117 Alex Hately Drive; 907-543-2608, toll-free 800-478-2654, Mon-Fri 8:30-5.
