ONC's YES program (formerly Summer Youth Employment) places Alaska Native/American Indian youth ages 14-21 who live in Bethel in paid work experience, with a pre-employment orientation (I-9, W-4, state work permit, soft skills). Income-based priority (TANF/GA households, unemployed/underemployed, below poverty level) and first-timers get priority.
