Ketchikan High School (Kayhi)
Kayhi (grades 9-12, 2610 4th Avenue) starts 8:00am, dismisses 2:50pm (1:50pm Fridays). Freshman Orientation is held the Friday before school starts (Kayhi Commons). Supplies: students bring their district Chromebook and charger daily plus something to write with; most class supplies are provided. To play a sport students must set up a BigTeams account linked to a parent account, have a current physical on file, and pay the activity fee and team fee; tryouts (e.g., volleyball Aug 5-7) are posted on the Kayhi page. Graduation streams at kgbsd.org/live. Clubs include the Fil-Am Club (open to all Kayhi/Revilla students) and Tlingit Language & Culture class for credit.
