Ketchikan Youth for Change (KYFC) / Ketchikan Wellness Coalition (KWC)
Ketchikan Youth for Change is the Ketchikan Wellness Coalition's youth prevention group (prevention–intervention–connection): teens run substance-use prevention campaigns, a free 'Your Choice' carnival for ages 12–18, and an annual 24-hour Sleep-Out fundraiser (April) for the planned SeaLevel Youth Center for unhoused youth. KWC gives out free Narcan (naloxone) kits at its office and trains individuals and workplaces. Contact KWC at 907-225-9355, KYFC@ketchikanwellness.org or info@ketchikanwellness.org; donate via ketchikanwellnesscoalition-bloom.kindful.com. For someone struggling with addiction, call the Ketchikan Care Crisis Line 907-225-2273 or 988.
