There is no Social Security office in Ketchikan; the nearest field office is in Juneau and most business (retirement, SSI/SSDI applications, Medicare enrollment, replacement cards, address changes) is done online at ssa.gov or by phone with the national line 800-772-1213 (TTY 800-325-0778), Mon-Fri.
