Ketchikan Theatre Ballet (KTB)
Alaska's oldest dance studio (since 1961), a nonprofit at 400 Mission St, Suite 205. Offers a fall-spring season of children's through advanced classes in ballet and other dance styles, summer sessions, and performances including the Nutcracker. Annual tuition is split into 9 monthly installments (first due at August registration), with a 15% multi-class discount and scholarships available. Also: a drop-in Caretaker Class for ages 1-3 with an adult on Saturdays, 4-week adult tap and ballet sessions, and productions of The Nutcracker (December), An Evening of Dance (February) and a Spring Gala (May).
