Tlingit & Haida Ketchikan office - tribal ID printing & enrollment help
The Central Council of Tlingit & Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska keeps a Ketchikan office at 25 Jefferson Way, Suite 201 with on-site tribal ID card printing (walk-ins) and a Community Navigator (907-463-7758 / 800-344-1432 ext. 7758) who helps citizens with enrollment paperwork, applications and referrals. Tribal enrollment and citizenship questions go to T&H headquarters in Juneau: 907-586-1432 or toll-free 800-344-1432 (PO Box 25500, Juneau 99802). Programs for tribal citizens in Ketchikan also run through the local Tlingit & Haida Community Council - for example school-supply help, Tribal Vocational Rehabilitation, traditional food distributions and the Emerging Leader seat; ask the Community Navigator what is open now.
