Free Weatherization (Alaska Community Development Corp / THRHA)
AHFC's Weatherization program insulates and air-seals homes at no cost for income-eligible homeowners and renters. Ketchikan-area providers: Alaska Community Development Corporation (907-746-5680 / 800-478-8080, Southeast except Juneau) and Tlingit-Haida Regional Housing Authority (888-241-6868) for Native households/regional-housing homes.
