Apply for Alaska Medicaid
Alaska Medicaid provides health coverage for eligible low-income residents, including children, pregnant women, elders, and people with disabilities. Apply online through Alaska Connect, on paper (the Alaska Medicaid application is posted on Maniilaq's Resources page), or call the DPA Virtual Contact Center at 1-800-478-7778 for help — there is no in-person DPA office in Kotzebue. Maniilaq Patient Advocacy (907-442-7156) can help you fill in the form.
