Kotzebue Homeless Shelter (Maniilaq seasonal winter shelter)
Maniilaq, in partnership with the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation and the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority, runs a seasonal winter shelter in Kotzebue for people who are unhoused or at risk of homelessness. It's open nightly 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, 7 days a week, during the winter season, with a warm place to sleep plus showers, laundry, and food. For safety, intoxicated individuals or those under the influence of substances are not admitted. Call 907-442-7707.
