We are seeking artwork, traditional and culturally inspired learning materials, educational tools, classroom displays, and creative pieces that reflect our Iñupiaq culture, traditions, and community. Our goal is to surround our children with meaningful pieces that celebrate who we are, where we come from, and the traditions we want to carry forward to future generations. Good to know
- Workforce child-care aid: tribal children age 4 weeks–12 years; parents/guardians need 20 hours weekly qualifying activity. GA: Native/Indian, tribal enrollment or CDIB, living in NVB service area.
- Higher education: at least 1/4 Native blood, full-time study and 2.0 GPA; up to five years. AVT: at least 1/4 Native blood and one year Barrow residency; trade/nursing training.
- Johnson O’Malley supports Native students age 3 through grade 12. Submit a signed letter/email with student, guardian, residency and requested school expense details.
- ARPA HAF required all work and payments by September 30, 2026. That deadline is past as of this profile’s October 12, 2026 review.
- ARPA rent/mortgage applicants must be 18+; treatment support applicants 13+ need treatment enrollment proof. Medical-travel and bereavement pages specify no age limit.
- ARPA Elder Stipend uses a signed agreement with tribal number and birth date, submitted to arpa.elder@nvb-nsn.gov. Funding availability must be checked.
- The court page excludes divorce, ordinary child-custody disputes, felony criminal cases and monetary lawsuits from its services.
