Coastal Villages Region Fund (CVRF) - community programs for 20 coastal Y-K Delta villages
CVRF is the Community Development Quota group for 20 coastal villages of the Y-K Delta (not Bethel itself). Residents of member villages use it for the People Propel program, youth-to-work and other community benefits, usually through their local Community Service Center.
